In-House Training
VCS, Inc. performs in-house training for businesses, specifically for those responsible for managing Workers’ Compensation claims and short/long term disability claims. The training focuses on completing position job analyses, identifying early return-to-work/light duty positions on a company-wide basis, completing timely reporting, record keeping, coordinating employee contact, and developing various forms and documentation needed to maintain organization within the specific company.
